1. All on-air contests indicate the prizes to be awarded and their method of entry.
2. Contest methods may include random telephone selection, postcard entry, printed entry blanks and website Internet entry and Text entry.
3. When any contest has a deadline for entry, the deadline is clearly indicated in on-air promotional announcements and any written rules.
4. Contests and promotions are open to listeners ages 18 or older unless otherwise indicated.
5. The radio station reserves the right to limit the winning of prizes to once every 30 days per household. The radio station limits the winning of major prizes to once every 12 months.
6. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any. All federal, state and local laws apply.
7. No purchase is necessary to participate in contests and promotions.
8. There are no prize substitutions. Prizes are non-transferable and are not negotiable. Prizes can't be exchanged for cash.
9. Some prizes have restrictions, or expiration dates and do not include gratuities.
10. Winners who live within a 20 mile radius of our office in Cambridge, Ohio must pick up their prize. The radio station is not responsible for any prize mailed to a location outside the 20 mile radius. Winners are urged to pick up their prize at the radio station. Prizes to be picked up at the station will be held for 30 days or until the prize expires, such as in the case of concert tickets.
11.Employees of AVC Communications and any other contest sponsors are not eligible. Contests are not open to owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising-marketing agencies of/for any radio stations or other media related enterprises/franchises in our coverage area.
12.By participating, winners grant permission for their voice and telephone call to be recorded and re-broadcast for promotional use on the radio station.
13.The radio station reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at anytime as well as end a contest at anytime. All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant by virtue of entering a station contest agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.
14. The resale or auction of prizes or tickets won on any AVC Communications station or event will result in the disqualification of the prize winner from all future AVC Communications contests. AVC Communications also reserves the right to track and/or cancel and invalidate any event tickets awarded that we suspect were sold or transferred without authorization.
15. Contest winners are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. AVC Communications is not responsible for the availability of accommodations or lack thereof.
16. Contest winners do not necessarily have to use Red Roof Inn vouchers during the weekend of Rock on the Range (May 20-22, 2016), but must use them by June 30, 2016.

Payment requirements & fees
Onsite visits for service have a minimum charge of 1 billable hour. Remote services involving diagnosis or repair of the client’s device have a minimum charge of .5 billable hours. Residential service are payable upon completion. Services rendered for businesses are payable by invoice which AVC Technical Services will generate within one week of completion of requested work. Payment is expected within 15 days of receipt of invoice. An additional late penalty of 5% of the invoiced amount will be added if payment has not been received within 30 days. Payments that have not been received within 90 days will be submitted to a collection service. Clients requesting hardware purchases of $1000 or more may require a payment of half the total invoiced amount at procurement with the remaining due upon delivery.

Abandoned Products
Repaired computer systems that have been paid for are available for pick-up for 45 days after completion at the AVC Technical Services office. After 45 days the client will be charged a $40 storage fee. Systems that remain at AVC's offices for longer than 60 days will be considered abandoned and become property of AVC Technical Services.

Software & Remote Support
AVC Technical Services may install software on your computer that it deems necessary to repair your issue. For software installations, AVC Technical Services may accept End User License Agreements on your behalf. AVC Technical Services may also use tools that allow remote access to your mobile device or computer.

Data Backup
AVC Technical Services will not backup any data on your product unless specifically requested to do so. Data backup will be billed at the agreed upon rate unless otherwise included in your services working agreement.

Privacy Policy
The information and data handled by AVC Technical Services will considered private and will not be shared or sold to any outside party. AVC Technical Services may use technology that allows for remote diagnosis and repair of client computer systems.

Limitation of Remedy
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that AVC Technical Services’s liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the services, and you release AVC Technical Services from liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. AVC Technical Services is not liable for loss, alteration or corruption of any data or loss of any media from your product.

In no event shall AVC Technical Services or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, contractors or suppliers be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not AVC Technical Services has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Revisions to these terms and conditions.
AVC Technical Services may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating our website at http://www.yourradioplace.com/terms. All revisions to these terms and conditions are effective for transactions after the update. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

You can call us anytime, not just during regular business hours! After hours, however, you will get our voicemail service. Once your voicemail is received, our help desk will assign a ticket number and a technician will contact you as soon as possible. If you provided an email address, that information along with any updates will be sent to that address.
